No. YWCA has some similarities to YMCA. Our name is nearly identical and both frequently have sports programs, childcare services, and facility rentals available to the community. Both associations dedicate themselves to the greater good of the community, the education and well-being of all families and children. Beyond those similarities, YWCA has a long history of support for women and immigrant communities.
